Your specific training is designed to fit with the job you are undertaking and is aimed at equipping you with the necessary skills to become an effective leader in our Organisation.

We encourage a continuous learning environment and, as such, will seek to identify opportunities for your personal development via assignments (some international) as well as providing you with a mentor who will help you launch and build your career.

Corporate Induction Corporate Induction takes place in your first week with the Company and gives you an invaluable opportunity to meet the rest of your graduate intake, gain an overview of the organisation and an understanding of some of its key operations and philosophies. To develop further your problem-solving and team-working skills, you will also participate in an outdoor activity course in the New Forest. Corporate Induction ensures that your transition into working life is as smooth as possible, and that you also enjoy the social side of working at ExxonMobil.
Continuous Development Regular reviews and appraisals with your supervisor keep your continual growth on track, but we actively encourage you to take ownership of your own career by identifying personal development needs and opportunities in line with business needs. We will also provide you with a mentor who will help you launch and build your career.
